The Chocolate Conservatory: The Responsibility of Taste, Paris, France

The non-profit Fine Cacao and Chocolate Institute will host The Chocolate Conservatory event on 28 and 29 October 2019 in Paris. The event is for the specialty cacao-chocolate community to discuss pressing issues and collaborate on shared challenges.

  • How can we best acknowledge the labour that underpins the production of high quality goods?
  • When we reward good taste, who or what do we punish?
  • How can we communicate about the significance of quality and ethics in a sector that has long neglected both?
