Professional training: Changing food systems, IFSTAL, University of Reading, UK
This short course on 4 July 2019 will address ways of intervening in complex adaptive food systems. It will introduce different approaches to multilevel change in the food system and identify key skills and tools for implementing change.
The course is run by the IFSTAL (Innovative Food Systems Teaching and Learning) programme.
