Professional training: Understanding food systems, IFSTAL, University of Reading, UK
This short course on 3 July 2019 offers those working in the food system an understanding of the basics of food systems, detailing the key challenges faced at the local and global levels. The course will also introduce food systems thinking methodology, discuss the connectedness of key food systems issues and problems, and provide structured frameworks and processes for better analysing and working within the food system.
The course is run by the IFSTAL (Innovative Food Systems Teaching and Learning) programme.
