Hello, I work with food service businesses in Europe and we have a carbon footprint dataset that we put together here, based on european research data.  We are looking into a US-based pilot project, and would like to make the relevant adjustments to the carbon footprint dataset.  Is anyone engaged in some research that has such data, or working on research that might help us to identify the main differences that we need to account for?
