Speaking engagement - Oakland, CA

I am looking for panelists to participate in an event in Oakland, California that will feature a panel of 3 to 4 speakers who will do a presentation on the sustainability of meat, dairy and eggs as food sources compared with plant-based food sources.  Members of the panel will have the opportunity to do a brief presentation followed by Q&A.  The event will take place on Monday, May 15th, 2017 and the expected audience will be between 100 – 200 people, mostly students.  The event is being organized by the Factory Farming Awarenes Coalition, an educational non-profit committed to empowering people to save the environment, animals, and our own health through our daily food choices..

I would like to ask members of this forum to recommend potential speakers.  We want to make this event accessible to everyone, so we will likely be charging just enough money to cover space rent.  Therefore, it is unlikely that we will be able to provide a stipend to speakers.
