Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition Foundation (BCFN) Research grant competition

The 2017 edition of the BCFN YES! Young Earth Solutions contest has now been launched an international competition for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers under 35, from all over the world and from any educational background.
This year, three research grants of € 20,000 will be awarded to support innovative projects that promote environmental, economic and/or social sustainability in the agro-food system. The research proposals can be submitted by individual researchers and multidisciplinary teams, until June 28th, 2017.
The authors of the ten best research projects will be invited to the 8th International Forum on Food and Nutrition in Milan, on December 4th and 5th, 2017. Finalists will have the opportunity to present their projects in front of a panel of experts and the public of the Forum, and at this occasion, the three winning projects will be selected.
