US versus "European" carbon footprint estimates

Hello, I work with food service businesses and we have a carbon footprint dataset that we put together here in Scandinavia.  We are looking into a US-based pilot project, and would like to make the relevant adjustments to the carbon footprint dataset.  Is anyone involved in work that might help us to identify the main differences that we need to account for?
