PhD: Margin to Mainstream - Using engagement to change entrenched consumption practices around food waste, University of Strathclyde, UK

The Department of Marketing at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow is offering a PhD studentship on the role of consumer engagement in affecting institutional change around food sustainability. The project will be jointly supervised with the University of Adelaide and will have the opportunity for a semester in Australia.
Candidates should have an excellent first degree (1st class Honours) or Master’s degree, preferably in Business or other relevant Social Science, and experience and skills related to statistical data analysis. A background in qualitative research methods is beneficial.
